Silver nanowires, also known as Ag nanowires or AgNWs, are one-dimensional silver nanomaterials with nanoscale wire-like or filamentous structures. They typically have diameters ranging from 10-200 nm and lengths ranging from 5-200 µm. Silver nanowires combine high electrical and thermal conductivity, low visible-light extinction, mechanical flexibility, and high aspect ratio, allowing them to form conductive pathways at relatively low loading levels. Because of these properties, Ag nanowires are widely used to form transparent conductive networks with high electrical conductivity, optical transparency, and mechanical flexibility. They are suitable for applications such as touch screens, transparent flexible displays, photovoltaics, sensors, EMI shielding, conductive coatings, printed electronics, and other advanced electronic materials. Novarials supplies a variety of silver nanowire products, including Ag nanowire dispersions, coating inks, powders, transparent conductive films, membranes, and related conductive materials for advanced research and development.
